Job Description

As a Business Development Representative, you have to play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive suite of upskills and e-learning products and services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and research potential clients and market segments.

  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.

  • Qualify leads to determine their potential as customers.

Sales Presentations and Consultation:

  • Presentations to potential clients.

  • Understand clients' specific needs and challenges, and offer tailored solutions.

  • Provide expert guidance and advice on how our upskills and e-learning offerings can benefit clients.

Sales Negotiation and Closing:

  • Create and deliver persuasive sales proposals.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.

  • Upsell additional products and services to existing clients.

Market Analysis and Feedback:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

  • Gather feedback from clients to help improve our products and services.

  • Provide market insights to the management team for strategic decision-making

Sales Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in a CRM system / Excel.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

  • Ensure timely and thorough documentation of sales transactions.
