Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to promote chit schemes and grow the customer base.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective fieldwork and relationship management.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer retention and referrals.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and business potential in the local area.

• Organize and participate in promotional activities, customer meetings, and community outreach programs.

• Explain chit fund schemes, policies, and benefits clearly to prospective customers.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Commerce/Finance or related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or financial services (Chit Fund/NBFC/Insurance/Banking background is an advantage).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil & English.

• Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.

• Good local market knowledge and networking ability.

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
