Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Present company products and services to prospective clients in a compelling manner.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies.
Conduct competitor analysis to stay informed on market trends and competitive positioning.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, sales, or a related role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as required.
