Position Overview

We are looking for a female Business Development Manager with a strong background in marketing,

client handling, and outbound calling. The ideal candidate will have basic social media knowledge

and the ability to manage some logistics to support business growth initiatives. This role requires a

proactive, organized, and results-oriented individual who can effectively represent the company and

drive revenue through strategic business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business

opportunities through outbound calling, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain

strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Marketing & Brand Promotion: Leverage marketing experience to develop and execute

strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients. Collaborate with the

marketing team to create compelling campaigns.

Social Media Engagement: Utilize basic social media knowledge to manage and update

company profiles, engage with audiences, and promote services/products on platforms such as

LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.

Logistics Coordination: Oversee basic logistics related to client meetings, events, or

product/service delivery to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and

potential growth areas to inform business strategies.

Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, sales progress, and

market feedback to senior management.

Qualifications

Experience:

Prior experience in business development or sales, with a strong focus on marketing.

Proven track record in client handling and building professional relationships.

Experience in outbound calling and lead generation.

Basic experience in managing logistics for business operations (e.g., coordinating events,

Basic knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) for business

purposes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Able to handle work emails and coordinate with the marketing team for the ongoing projects.
