Building Manager

We are looking for a Building Manager to join our team at at J.s. enterprises. A Building Manager oversees the daily operations, maintenance, security, and safety of residential or commercial properties. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance & Operations: Overseeing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural systems, including cleaning and general upkeep.

• Staff Supervision: Managing, training, and scheduling maintenance, cleaning, and security personnel.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensuring compliance with all building codes, fire regulations, and safety standards.

• Tenant Relations: Addressing complaints, managing service requests, and enforcing building policies.

• Vendor Management: Coordinating with contractors for repairs, renovations, and vendor services.

• Financial Administration: Budgeting for repairs, managing expenses, and approving invoices.

  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 4 years of experience. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Warehouse / Logistics job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
