Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector (software, hardware, managed services, cloud, etc.)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

  • Understand client needs and present tailored IT solutions that address those needs

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demos

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution scoping and delivery

  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, pipeline, and reporting


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field (Master’s is a plus)

  • 3–7 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or a similar role

  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in the IT industry

  • Strong understanding of IT products/services such as:

    • Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)

    • Software development (Web, Mobile, SaaS)

    • Cybersecurity solutions

    • IT consulting and staffing

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools
