We are hiring for Business Development Executive/Customer Success Manager for EdTech client @ Hyderabad location.Its work from home opportunity. Need to travel if required.

Role Overview

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with existing partner schools using the GoSharpener platform.

The primary objective of the role is to ensure:

• Successful onboarding of schools

• Active usage of the platform by teachers and students

• Annual subscription renewals

• Upselling additional modules, workbooks, and programs within the same schools

This role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy interacting with educators and managing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

1. School Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned schools

• Maintain regular engagement with school coordinators and teachers

• Conduct periodic check-ins with schools to ensure satisfaction

2. Platform Adoption

• Train teachers and school coordinators on how to use the GoSharpener platform

• Monitor platform usage and student participation

• Provide guidance to ensure maximum impact and engagement

3. Renewal Management

• Track subscription timelines for partner schools

• Initiate renewal discussions 2–3 months before expiry

• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth renewal processes

4. Upselling & Revenue Growth

• Identify opportunities to introduce additional programs such as:

• Sustainability workbooks

• School campaigns

• Climate action challenges

• Student events

• Convert satisfied schools into higher-value partnerships

5. School Success Tracking

• Maintain records of school engagement and usage

• Prepare simple reports for internal review

• Ensure schools achieve visible outcomes through the program

Candidate Profile

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Environmental Studies, or any related field

• Freshers can apply

Skills Required

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable speaking with teachers and school administrators

• Relationship-building ability

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Interest in sustainability and education

Good to Have

• Experience in college societies, events, or volunteering

• Basic familiarity with SaaS platforms

• Presentation skills
