Job Description

Job Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning and Market Analysis

  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and target potential customers, partners, and expansion opportunities in the healthcare ecosystem.

  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration and expand the company’s footprint across regions.

2. Partnership Development

  • Healthcare Providers: Build relationships with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare providers to expand the company’s service offerings.

  • Hospitals and Clinics: Collaborate with hospitals for patient referrals, medical consultations, and secondary/tertiary care services.

  • Diagnostic and Pharmacy Partners: Form alliances with diagnostic labs and pharmacies to provide comprehensive healthcare solutions.

  • Corporate Tie-Ups: Negotiate with corporates for employee wellness programs and home healthcare services.

3. Revenue Generation

  • Lead Conversion: Develop strategies to convert leads into long-term customers through targeted marketing and relationship management.

  • Sales Initiatives: Implement sales plans and monitor their performance to achieve revenue targets.

  • New Services: Identify opportunities to introduce new healthcare services or packages based on market demand and patient feedback.

4. Customer Engagement and Retention

  • Outreach Programs: Conduct awareness campaigns, webinars, or workshops to educate potential clients about the company’s services.
