Job Title: Franchise Sales Executive / Manager
• Job Summary:
• We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Franchise Sales Executive / Manager to expand our brand through franchise development. The ideal candidate will identify, attract, and onboard qualified franchise partners to drive business growth and brand presence.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential franchisees through networking, cold calls, and digital platforms.
• Develop and implement strategies to generate new franchise leads.
• Conduct presentations and meetings to explain the franchise opportunity, business model, and ROI potential.

• Evaluate prospective franchisees’ profiles, financial capacity, and suitability.
•
• Coordinate and guide prospects through the entire sales process — from initial contact to signing the franchise agreement.
•
• Negotiate terms and agreements in line with company policies.
•
• Collaborate with legal, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
•
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare sales reports for management.
•
• Attend trade shows, franchise expos, and industry events to promote the brand.
•
• Maintain long-term relationships with franchisees and support them in their initial setup phase.
•
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
•
• Proven experience (typically 2–5 years) in franchise sales, business development, or similar sales roles.
•
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple prospects, and meet deadlines.
•
• Good understanding of franchise models, contracts, and legal aspects of franchising.
•
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
