Job Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, data calling, and referrals.
Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries professionally.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial projects.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients.
Conduct site visits and explain project details, pricing, offers, and benefits.
Maintain regular follow-ups to convert prospects into bookings.
Update and manage leads, follow-ups, and client status in CRM/DPR daily.
Coordinate with developers, CRM teams, and managers for booking closure.
Achieve monthly sales targets and individual KRAs.
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in cold calling and client handling.
Basic knowledge of real estate projects and sales process.
Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
Ability to work on CRM and reporting tools.
Eligibility:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in real estate sales preferred.
Candidates with sales experience in any field may also apply.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
