Job Description

  • Perform structured cold calling and follow‑up on leads using databases and contact lists provided by the company to open new accounts.

So the Key Responsibilities section becomes:

  • Identify and develop new hospital, chain, and dealer accounts in assigned regions.

  • Perform structured cold calling and follow‑up on leads using databases and contact lists provided by the company to open new accounts.

  • Conduct market mapping to build a strong funnel of potential customers and projects.

  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key stakeholders (HODs, intensivists, surgeons, neonatologists, biomedical engineers, purchase and admin).

  • Create and execute territory growth plans, including visit plans, lead funnel, and conversion strategy.

  • Drive product presentations, clinical demos, and trials to convert opportunities into orders.

  • Coordinate with head office for pricing, commercial offers, and technical documentation required for proposals.

  • Track sales metrics (leads, opportunities, conversions, revenue) and share weekly/monthly reports.

  • Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, CME programs, and other marketing activities when required
