Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities across domestic markets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

  • Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor activities.

Digital Product Knowledge

  • Understand website and mobile app structures, features, and functionalities to pitch effectively.

  • Work closely with the tech team to align client requirements with deliverables.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing basics such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, and lead generation funnels.

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

  • Assign team targets, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Client Management & Coordination

  • Handle client queries, provide product demos, and support the onboarding process.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Marketing, Support) for smooth project execution.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in domestic sales; experience in IT/software services preferred.

  • Strong understanding of website development, mobile apps, and digital marketing processes.

  • Proven experience in team handling and leadership.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
