Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
Identify new business opportunities across domestic markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Conduct market research to understand trends and competitor activities.
Digital Product Knowledge
Understand website and mobile app structures, features, and functionalities to pitch effectively.
Work closely with the tech team to align client requirements with deliverables.
Familiarity with digital marketing basics such as SEO, Google Ads, Social Media, and lead generation funnels.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Assign team targets, monitor progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Client Management & Coordination
Handle client queries, provide product demos, and support the onboarding process.
Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Marketing, Support) for smooth project execution.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in domestic sales; experience in IT/software services preferred.
Strong understanding of website development, mobile apps, and digital marketing processes.
Proven experience in team handling and leadership.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
