Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our software solutions to potential clients, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for CRM and related IT solutions sales.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

  • Understand client needs and propose customized CRM solutions.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.

  • Manage end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to improve sales strategies and client satisfaction.

  • Track and report sales performance using CRM tools.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
