Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall operations related to industrial manpower recruitment and deployment
Plan and execute recruitment strategies to meet client manpower requirements
Coordinate with clients to understand workforce needs and timelines
Supervise sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates
Ensure timely deployment of manpower at various industrial sites
Monitor workforce performance, attendance, and productivity
Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies
Coordinate with internal departments (HR, payroll, logistics) for smooth operations
Handle client relationships and resolve operational issues promptly
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports
Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
