Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead and drive real estate sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong client-handling skills, experience in site visits, and the ability to close deals efficiently while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, site visits, and deal closure
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable real estate projects
Conduct site visits and property presentations
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2–5 years of experience in real estate sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Good knowledge of Noida/Delhi-NCR real estate market (preferred)
