Job Responsibilities:

• Generate new business and onboard clients for recruitment and staffing services

• Regular field visits to meet with clients and generate leads

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals

Requirements:

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Experience in B2B sales (Recruitment industry preferred)

• Ability to meet targets and manage end-to-end client acquisition

Salary: BDM upto 40k or BDE upto 25k
