Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through online research, networks, referrals, and industry platforms.

  • Reach out via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp outreach.

  • Generate qualified leads for digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Ads, Branding, Websites, etc.).

2. Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Conduct meetings with prospects to understand their business needs.

  • Present company services, case studies, pricing, and ROI-focused strategies.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate to close deals.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

  • Work with internal teams (design, performance marketing, content) to deliver promised results.

  • Address client concerns and ensure high satisfaction.

4. Market Research & Strategy

  • Study competitor offerings and industry trends.

  • Identify new business opportunities (sectors, service gaps, packages).

  • Support in creating marketing strategies for lead generation.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and status updates.

  • Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

  • Coordinate proposal documents and client onboarding materials.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills

  • Strong negotiation and closing ability

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, Ads, Social Media, Branding)

  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships

  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at time management
