Job TitleBusiness Development Executive – Real EstateAbout the Company- Silver Sky Groups Job Location3rd Floor, SBI Branch, BTM 2ND stage, Near Water TankJob TypeFull‑Time / Work from Field + OfficeReporting ToBusiness Development Manager / Head of Sales Job PurposeTo generate new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and support the sales pipeline in the real estate sector, contributing to revenue growth and expansion of the company’s portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and generate leads through various channels (cold‑calling, referrals, brokers, events, online platforms)Qualify prospective clients: understand their requirements (budget, location, type: residential/commercial), preferences, and timelinesConduct site visits and property presentations, communicating features, advantages, pricing, legal and financing aspectsNegotiate terms and close deals in coordination with legal/documentation / finance teamsBuild and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, property owners, and developersMaintain regular follow‑ups with leads until closure; ensure high conversion ratiosConduct market research: monitor competitor offerings, local market trends (pricing, upcoming projects, regulations), customer behaviourWork on promotional activities: participate in property exhibitions/fairs, networking meets, investor meets, digital outreach etc.Prepare sales proposals, quotation estimates, agreement drafts; ensure documentation is accurate and compliantMaintain records of leads, site visits, conversions; report daily/weekly/monthly MIS to managerAchieve/exceed assigned sales / business development targetsQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience) or 12th passExperience: [e.g. 6 months –6+ years] in real estate sales / business development or property brokerage (can consider fresher if with strong communication/drive)Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skillsGood knowledge of real estate documentation, Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamTarget driven, with ability to handle rejection / objections wellProficiency in MS Office; experience using CRM tools preferredKey Metrics / KPIsNumber of leads generated per monthNumber of site visits arrangedConversion rate (leads → clients)Value of deals closed / revenue generatedTimeliness and quality of follow‑upsEfficiency in documentation and handoverWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + commission / incentive structureTravel / field allowances (if field work is involved)Training & mentorshipGrowth opportunities (e.g. Senior BDE / BD Manager roles)Performance rewards / recognitionPreferred Candidate ProfileSomeone who is self‑motivated, proactive, with strong networking skillsComfortable interacting with clients, builders / developers, brokers, investorsFlexible to travel locally, attend evening/weekend site visits or events
