Must Have:
✅ Proven experience in Lead Generation & Online Bidding
✅ Hands-on experience with portals like Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, etc.
✅ Strong communication, proposal writing & negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Identify and bid on relevant projects across online platforms
🔹 Prepare customized proposals & quotations
🔹 Communicate and negotiate with clients effectively
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
🔹 Maintain long-term client relationships
🔹 Mentor junior bidders and ensure proposal quality
