Duties:

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities.

  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.

  • Strong knowledge of CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing customer relationships.

  • Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to think critically about market trends.

  • Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.

  • Strong project management abilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage clients and stakeholders.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
