Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    • Conduct market research to identify and analyze potential clients needing meeting pod solutions. 

    • Proactively reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, social media, email, and networking. 

    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate new leads and build a network. 

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. 

    • Understand client pain points and recommend suitable meeting pod solutions that meet their unique office setup needs. 

    • Act as a product expert, educating clients on features, benefits, and potential upgrades to meeting pods. 

  • Sales & Strategy:

    • Develop and deliver compelling, customized pitches and presentations for potential clients. 

    • Prepare and negotiate business proposals and contracts to secure new business. 

    • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 

    • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, manage opportunities, and maintain accurate client data. 

  • Internal Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with the marketing department to align messaging and participate in promotional activities. 

    • Work with product development teams to provide market feedback and suggest improvements for meeting pod offerings. 

  • Market Intelligence:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer consumption patterns to inform sales strategy.
