We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our Auction Properties vertical. This role will be responsible for building strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, sourcing distressed assets, and ensuring seamless execution of auction property deals. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of real estate transactions and the ability to manage end-to-end deal cycles.
Bank Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in banks and NBFCs to create a steady pipeline of auction property supply.
Empanelment with Financial Institutions:
Lead the empanelment process with banks to enable access to exclusive auction listings and generate consistent revenue.
Asset Evaluation:
Conduct on-ground inspections and assessments of residential and commercial auction properties to understand physical condition, market value, and viability.
Negotiation & Recovery Handling:
Liaise with builders, housing societies, or property associations to assess and negotiate outstanding dues or liabilities associated with auctioned assets.
Proven experience in business development, preferably in real estate or financial services
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good understanding of auction and SARFAESI processes is a plus
Ability to evaluate property condition and commercial potential
Comfortable with fieldwork and on-site visits
Self-driven with the ability to work in a dynamic, target-oriented environment
