Business Development Executive (BDE)
Experience: Fresher – 6 Months

Key Responsibilities
Manage & operate Upwork profiles (bidding, proposal writing, client communication)
Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and online platforms
Maintain lead pipelines, follow-ups, and CRM entries
Support sales targets and contribute to team success

What We’re Looking For
Basic familiarity with Upwork and Firework
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, confident, and eager to learn
Comfortable with Day & Night shifts

Work Schedule
Working Days: 05 days working (Sat & Sun working)
Week Off: Monday & Tuesday
Comfortable with Night shifts
