Training Delivery:Conduct and facilitate sessions of Induction Training, courses like Open sesame ,BPCE , Essential English Skills, Workplace Communication Module, and Work Readiness Programs for diverse learner groups.Skill Development Workshops & sessions:Lead specialized workshops in Quantitative Aptitude, Analytical Reasoning, Placement Grooming etc and sessions for competitive exam preparation, offering targeted support to participants.Participant Support and Mentorship:Offer one-on-one and group mentorship to guide participants providing support to improve their confidence and competence. Evaluate participant progress, providing feedback to help them achieve key learning outcomes.Program Enhancement and Collaboration:Collaborate with other trainers and program coordinators to ensure consistent training quality across modules.Suggest improvements to program content and delivery based on participant feedback and emerging industry trends.
