We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in Chennai, specifically supporting operations in the signage industry. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, operational data, and performance metrics

• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for management review

• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement

• Coordinate with sales, design, and production teams to streamline workflows

• Support decision-making through data-driven insights and forecasting

• Assist in developing and tracking KPIs and business goals

• Document and communicate requirements for new projects or system enhancements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to understand operational processes, especially in manufacturing or signage industry (preferred)

• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai
