Business Analyst

• Responsible for attending to inquiries generated through Digital Marketing activities and addressing their needs.

• Understand the client's needs and propose an appropriate solution that suits them best

• Build rapport with clients and invite them for site visits

• Meet client on developer sales office and tag the client under the firm name.

• Coordinating with other team members to make sure clients' needs are fulfilled and no client is missed

• Responsible for achieving the target set by the company and will be incentivized accordingly.

• Need is to call customers who have already shown interest in our projects / new clients and explain them about the projects and send them details through emails.

• Generating leads for real estate sales through cold calling

• Provide complete details regarding the project to customers via mail and handle all clients in very professional and courteous manner

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
