We are looking for a Real Estate Sales to join our team at Skgp Mount Developers & Interiors Private. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients using company-provided leads.

• Introduce and explain project details including pricing, location, amenities, and specifications.

• Understand customer requirements and offer properties that match their needs.

• Follow up regularly with interested leads and maintain a relationship until deal closure.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits for potential buyers.

• Maintain proper call logs, lead statuses, and CRM entries.

• Support the sales team during client visits if required.

• Achieve daily/weekly targets of calls and qualified leads.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Convincing Skills, Lead Generation, Cold Calling is an added advantage.
