Branch Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and activate Agency Partners and Advisors.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly branch targets in terms of GWP, activation, and case size.

• Drive advisor licensing and ensure IRDAI compliance.

• Conduct daily reviews and maintain performance dashboards.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the sales team.

• Implement branch-level engagement activities, contests, and reward programs.

• Ensure complaint resolution, customer satisfaction, and audit compliance.

• Manage attrition, productivity, and overall business quality.
