INTERNATIONAL INSIDE SALES
Job Summary:
Responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about products
and services, and generating leads for EdTech / Online Education. The role is crucial for dirving
sales and esnuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Generate leads and set appointments for Online classes Demo.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Follow call center scripts and protocols.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- High School, Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a good command of spoken English.
- FRESHERS with a passion for success and excellence are welcome to apply.
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
