🚀 We’re Hiring | District Sales Executive (DST – Sales)

📍 Locations:

Pune | Nashik/Kolhapur | Solapur | Ahmedabad

We are looking for experienced Dealer Sales professionals to drive sales performance, market share growth, and channel excellence in the Automobile / EV segment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

✔ Achieve volume and revenue targets in the assigned territory

✔ Drive market share growth and enhance customer satisfaction

✔ Expand, manage, and strengthen dealer/channel networks

✔ Execute marketing campaigns and dealer engagement initiatives

✔ Ensure compliance with DMS, CRM, and sales processes

✔ Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis

✔ Train, guide, and develop dealer/channel sales teams

🧠 Key Skills & Experience

🔹 5+ years of experience in Dealer/Channel Sales

🔹 Strong exposure to vehicle sales (SCV / LCV / ICV)

🔹 Good understanding of Automobile or EV markets

🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

🔹 Ability to work independently and lead channel partners
