Defining Your Impact
Drive business growth by identifying and converting new opportunities in electric mobility. Engage OEMs and distributors, present technical powertrain solutions, coordinate with engineering teams, and achieve defined sales targets while maintaining strong pipeline visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new business opportunities in EV and automotive sectors.
Present traction motors, controllers, and integrated powertrain solutions to customers.
Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate technical requirement discussions.
Manage relationships with OEMs, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers for clients.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain CRM records and track pipeline updates accurately.
Must Have's
4–6 years of B2B sales experience in electric mobility or automotive sectors
Minimum 3 years with Tier 1 automotive supplier in powertrain domain
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / EEE / ECE)
Experience selling traction motors, motor controllers, or transmission systems
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools
