Role Overview
We are hiring an Escalations Manager to handle complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution of high-priority escalations. The role requires strong coordination across internal teams and a customer-first approach to resolve critical service concerns effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve customer escalations related to property management services
Act as the primary point of contact for high-priority customer issues
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, property management) for issue resolution
Ensure timely closure of escalated cases while maintaining service quality standards
Communicate updates and resolutions clearly to customers
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
Maintain accurate documentation of all escalation cases in CRM systems
Monitor escalation trends and share insights with leadership
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
4–7 years of experience in customer support, operations, or escalation management
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to handle sensitive customer situations professionally
Experience with CRM or ticketing tools preferred
