Role Summary
The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing a small team handling follow-ups, and client coordination. The role involves monitoring day-to-day activities, guiding team members, and ensuring timely closure of leads.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily activities of the sales team
Allocate tasks and monitor progress against defined targets
Track leads and ensure regular follow-ups
Support team members with training and process clarity
Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding
Maintain records of leads, interactions, and closures
Review team performance and share periodic updates
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or team handling
Basic team management and coordination skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management systems is an added advantage
