Area Sales Officer

We are looking for a passionate and driven Regional Sales Manager(RSM) to join our Bath ware Division.

Desired Candidate Profile

📍 Job Location: Nagpur |Pune

• Education: MBA / Graduate (MBA Preferred)

• Experience: 5–8 years of relevant sales experience in bath ware / building materials preferred.

• Conduct regular market visits for business development and competitor analysis.

• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, collections, and after-sales service.

Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.

• Drive primary & secondary sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the assigned territory.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Candidate should have detailed market mapping data & expected to appoint distributor & DD network in vacant area. Accordingly, he has to make team for secondary drive will be ensure proper (MIS) & ROI Of his Areas. Additionally, he has to initiate & Coordinate Market Development Activates like Plumber meet etc.

Develop and implement regional sales strategies and plans to achieve company goals. Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the north zone Oversee all sales operations within the assigned zone. strong preferably within the building materials, bath ware , or plumbing industry. A strong background in channel sales, dealer/distributor

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
