Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team at Knowledge Park 3, Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process and providing them with accurate and relevant information about courses, career options, and the institute.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding educational programs and admission procedures.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for admission inquiries.

• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Maintain and update the student database regularly.

• Convert leads into successful admissions.

• Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, and events as required.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong English speaking skills

• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities

• Confident in cold calling and follow-ups
