Academic Counsellor

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Education Counsellors to join our team. The role involves guiding students and parents through the admission process, helping them choose the right career path, and providing end-to-end counselling support. Both freshers and experienced candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding educational opportunities, career planning, and academic pathways.

• Provide information about courses, universities/colleges, and admission procedures.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and follow-ups with prospective students.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and counselling sessions.

• Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and student engagement activities.

• Guide students in application form filling, documentation, and visa (if applicable) processes.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets related to admissions and conversions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Management preferred).

• Freshers with Excellent communication skills are also eligible

• Passion for counselling and guiding students.

• 1–3 years of experience as an Education Counsellor/Student Advisor/Academic Counsellor is a plus

• Strong understanding of admission procedures, course structures, and student counselling.
