Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Instore Sales Executive to drive sales growth in our clothes showroom. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong background in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service and drive sales growth

- Maintain store display and visual merchandising standards

- Manage stock levels, process transactions, and handle customer queries

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in clothes sales, preferably in a showroom or retail environment

- Strong understanding of fashion trends and customer preferences

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a similar role in a reputed clothes showroom
