Store Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at our clients Jewelry Showroom located in Gurugram Sec 52.

1.       Oversee day-to-day operations of the Jewelry showroom

2.       Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve sales targets

3.       Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships

4.       Manage showroom presentation, visual merchandising, and product n displays

5.       Handle inventory control, stock reconciliation, and product security

6.       Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations

7.       Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

8.       Track sales performance, prepare reports, and implement growth strategies

9.       Maintain showroom standards aligned with company brand guidelines

Qualifications

·         3–5+ years of experience in retail management; Jewelry or luxury retail preferred

·         Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

·         Proven ability to drive sales and meet KPIs

·         Excellent customer-service mind-set with strong problem-solving abilities

·         High level of professionalism, integrity, and product knowledge

·         Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

·         Bachelor's degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
