Key Responsibilities:

• Manage receiving, issuing, and storage of materials, spare parts, and consumables.

• Maintain inventory records accurately in SAP.

• Perform GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries and ensure proper documentation.

• Conduct stock verification, cycle counting, and maintain minimum stock levels.

• Coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.

• Track inward and outward materials and ensure timely updating in the system.

• Monitor material shelf life, safety, and proper storage conditions.

• Prepare and maintain stock reports, MIS, and daily material status.

• Handle vendor coordination for material returns and discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with factory safety and 5S standards in the store area.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Store Keeper in manufacturing/engineering companies.

• Strong knowledge of SAP (MM module preferred).

• Good understanding of inventory management and documentation.

• Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer operations.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment.

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
