Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our FirstCry store in Chakan. The role involves assisting customers, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for parents and kids.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting kids’ apparel, footwear, toys, and baby products

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

• Handle billing, POS operations, and cash/card transactions

• Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising as per brand guidelines

• Manage stock, including receiving, tagging, and replenishment

• Handle customer queries, exchanges, and returns politely

• Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new arrivals

• Coordinate with store manager for daily operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduates preferred)

• 1–3 years experience in retail sales (kids apparel / fashion retail preferred)

• Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English

• Customer-friendly attitude with willingness to learn

• Basic computer knowledge (billing/POS systems)

• Ability to stand for long hours and work in shifts
