Job Summary:

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring smooth material flow within the warehouse. This role involves coordinating with various departments, supervising store staff, and ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of materials while maintaining proper documentation and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily store activities including material receipt, storage, and issue.

• Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular physical stock verification.

• Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and organization of materials for easy identification.

• Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, and maintain inward/outward registers.

• Coordinate with purchase and production teams for timely material availability.

• Handle material dispatches as per dispatch schedules and customer requirements.

• Monitor and maintain housekeeping, safety, and hygiene within the store area.

• Manage a team of store assistants and helpers, ensuring work efficiency and discipline.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and movement reports.

• Assist in audits and ensure compliance with company inventory policies.
