Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to manage travel sales for Fixed Departures and FIT (customized travel). The role focuses purely on client acquisition, sales conversions, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Client Servicing:

• Handle inbound travel inquiries (Fixed Departures & FIT) through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media leads.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel packages and itineraries.

• Prepare and share accurate quotations and travel proposals.

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality or a related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in travel sales (Fixed Departures & FIT preferred).

• Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to close deals effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM/travel tools.

• Passion for travel and delivering excellent customer service.
