Store Executive

We are looking for right attitude not just experience & qualification.

We provide Equipment's on Rental. Like Telescopic Mobile Cranes + Boom Lifts + Scissor Lifts & Telehandlers.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1.1         Prepare Purchase Requisition of Materials.

  1.2         Making purchase Order of Material.

  1.3         Checking of Received materials as per requirements or Purchase Order.

  1.4         Monitoring of inventory levels of raw material inventory and consumable items for all departments.

  1.5      Make sure goods are receipted and properly stored in the warehouse.

  1.6         Maintain an accurate inventory count of all products warehoused or consumed.

  1.7         Assist dispatch function in picking and packing.

  1.8      Making GRN of Received Material.    

  1.9     Stock Issue – Material issue to employee for equipment maintenance entry in Tally.

  1.10         Stock Return – Balance Material Received from Employee Entry in Tally.

  1.11         Booking of consumption Voucher in Tally.

  1.12         Prepare & Maintain Delivery Challan of Material.

  1.13         Prepare Returnable Material Gate Pass.

  1.14         Prepare & Maintain Stock Transfer of Material.

  1.15         Prepare of E-way Bill of Material.

  1.16         Prepare Warranty Claim of Material.

  1.17         Filling & Maintaining Records, keeping them updated.

  1.18         Coordinate queries raised by other dept.

  1.19         Reconciliation of inventory

  1.20         Best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements:

·         Strong proficiency in Tally ERP, Tally Prime.

·         Good Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel

·         Good knowledge of Automobile Industry

·         Ensuring the external Audit requirements like cross checking documents which tally with

schedule are met.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
