Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Support & Training
Provide on-ground technical support for products and solutions.
Organize training sessions for internal teams, customers, and applicators to enhance technical knowledge.
Assist in resolution of product-related queries and complaints.
2. Influencer Engagement
Execute influencer activities as per the business plan (masons, contractors, painters, architects, engineers).
Monitor and improve influencer satisfaction based on feedback.
Support loyalty programs and CRM activities for influencers.
3. Market Development
Organize product awareness meets, technical seminars, and conferences.
Educate stakeholders on product applications and advantages.
Collaborate with Sales for market expansion and tapping new opportunities.
4. Product Promotion & Events
Promote products at dealer counters and market events.
Participate in customer engagement and awareness initiatives.
Conduct blind product tests through market panels to validate quality.
5. Customer Relationship & Feedback
Maintain continuous communication with key influencers and channel partners.
Gather and relay feedback related to product performance and competitor activity.
Support Marketing in direct customer interactions to drive product performance.
6. Government & Institutional Liaison
Liaison with government departments for product approvals and renewals.
Maintain relationships with technical institutions and regulatory bodies.
7. Cross-functional Coordination
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, QC Teams, and Category Managers.
Participate in cross-functional projects for organizational growth and alignment.
Contribute to product quality improvement through feedback and field insights.
Additional Information
This role includes fieldwork and requires frequent interactions with influencers, partners, and government bodies.
Candidate must be self-driven, technically sound, and willing to travel as needed.
