Store Executive

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and issue materials as per requirements.

• Maintain accurate stock records and update ledgers regularly.

• Perform quantity and quality checks for all incoming and outgoing materials.

• Manage inventory in Excel/ERP and ensure data accuracy.

• Handle stock reconciliation and prepare daily/weekly reports.

• Coordinate with purchase and production teams for material needs.

• Communicate and share reports through email.

• Maintain proper documentation and store cleanliness.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in store or inventory management.

• Strong calculation ability and proficiency in MS Excel.

• Good understanding of quantity, quality, and ledger management.

• Knowledge of ERP/inventory systems preferred.

• Good communication and email handling skills.
