Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in HR operations, recruitment, payroll management, and excellent working knowledge of MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for staff positions, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursement.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
Prepare HR reports and MIS using MS Excel, with strong command over VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and HR policies.
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes for staff-level hiring.
Good command over payroll management.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, especially VLOOKUP & HLOOKUP.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field preferred.
Experience:
1–3 years of relevant HR experience (preferred).
