Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests courteously and guide them to their tables.

• Present menu and assist customers in making food and beverage selections.

• Serve food and drinks as per the order and ensure accuracy and promptness.

• Refill beverages and attend to guests’ requests throughout their meal.

• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.

• Follow standard service protocols and safety guidelines.

• Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for smooth service operations.

• Handle guest feedback politely and inform the supervisor if needed.
