The Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by assisting clients in selecting products, explaining features and benefits, and ensuring smooth sales transactions. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer-first attitude to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall showroom success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers to the showroom in a professional manner.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

• Provide detailed product demonstrations, explain specifications, and highlight key benefits.

• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets consistently.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales effectively.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of product features, pricing, and offers.

• Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and organization of the showroom.

• Assist in stock management and inventory reporting.

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints courteously and professionally.

• Maintain proper documentation of sales, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/software.

• Coordinate with the operations team for timely product delivery and customer support.
