Key Responsibilities:
Student Guidance & Counseling: Advise students on academic programs, career paths, admission requirements, and financial aid options.
Recruitment & Outreach: Attend college fairs, lead campus tours, develop alumni networks, and conduct information sessions.
Application Management: Review applications, verify information, resolve discrepancies, and provide support with form completion.
Relationship Building: Foster strong connections with students, parents, and educational partners.
Institutional Representation: Act as a spokesperson for the institution, promoting its values and offerings.
Data & Strategy: Use data to refine recruitment strategies and maintain accurate student records in CRM systems.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Skills: Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, customer service, organizational, multitasking, and public speaking skills.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of the institution's programs, admission procedures, and educational trends.
Tools: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Excel software.
Experience/Education: Bachelor's degree often preferred, with experience in admissions, counseling, or a related field.
