Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Optical Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of optical products and services, ensuring excellent customer experience, and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear and optical products that meet their vision needs and style preferences.

• Demonstrate detailed product knowledge of lenses, frames, contact lenses, and accessories.

• Perform accurate frame adjustments, fittings, and basic optical measurements (if trained).

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store performance goals.

• Manage customer inquiries, handle complaints professionally, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and organize product displays.

• Keep up to date with optical trends, new products, and promotions.

• Coordinate with optometrists and other staff to ensure a seamless customer experience

• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
